Automatic Folder Gluer Machine

This machine consist of three parts: feeding part, folding gluing part and counting stacking part. Digital control speed , range is adjusted by PLC. Double frequency convertor motor synchronous operation. Speed : 150m/min

Feeding part:
1.Adopt adsorption type belt and lead edge paper feeding method .
2.Adopt high grade electromagnetic clutch and brake. Size of paper feeding part can be adjusted.
3.Creasing wheel is adjustable for the cardboard thickness 2-8mm.
4.Feeding part and folding part linkages .
5.Frequency inverter control motor speed .
6.Baffle and belt can be adjusted to right or left .

Folding gluing part:
1.Frequency motor .
2.Import high friction belt convey board.
3.Stainless steel gluing wheels ,coating evenly and saving glue.
4.It has function of rectifying deviation for board and creasing .
5.Two row adjustable inner alignment guide wheel system for high shaping precision .
6.Electric adjust baffles .

Counting and staking part:
1.With PLC programmable controller and digital control touch screen , easy operation.
2.Input data without downtime . Automatic counting ,stacking and output.
3.Speed can be adjusted by frequency controller.
4.Automatic rectifying deviation.
5.Pneumatic and PLC inching control counting and output.
